One of the most important small grammar details you missed was the use of WHO.
SO it would be,
"I would like to find a girl WHO HAS A good sense of humor and that IS cheerful, funny, sincere, self-confident, responsible, smart, funny, employeD, loving, and above all very faithful."
There are probably more ways of doing it but you have to be careful to use the correct verb with the different qualities. Some are qualities you CAN HAVE (e.g. you can have a sense of humor) and some are qualities you CAN BE (e.g. you can be sincere.)
