Programmer analyst iii - san diego, california

Position Summary
Conducts and coordinates the analysis, design and implementation of computer
based information systems to meet user requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain application programs for medical billing software product.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle from the design
phase to deployment.

Requirements
This position requires a BS in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires proficiency with
sub file, RPG programming and System i and six years’ increasingly
complex programming/analysis experience in a business environment. Requires a
strong understanding of data requirements of existing systems as well as a
thorough knowledge and understanding of medical billing requirements. Must be
able to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
Strong verbal and
written communication skills required.
